She is a Dallas Top Producing Realtor Selling over 20 Million Dollars in Real Estate. Patrice was born in Baton Rouge Louisiana but raised in Dallas and DeSoto Texas. She is a Full-Time licensed Professional Agent at E. Wells (Ghana) & TD Realty (DFW) and the Executive Director of Prolific Realty Investments. Patrice has consistently won Top Producing Agent Awards at TD Realty in 2020-2025, ReFind Realty 2019 and awarded Rockstar Agent Awards at Keller Williams in 2018-2019. Patrice has more than 20 years of experience in Mortgage and a vast knowledge in Real Estate Investing. She has an Associate’s in Legal Administrating Assisting which is a great asset in Negotiating Deals and a Bachelor’s in Business.
